I am running Call Manager 4, and I have 7940 phones. Setup all phones with 2 lines. I am having trouble with the call-forward all on the second line only.
My other site which is running Call Manager Express, you can push the second line button to pick up that line, then hit the CFwdALL button, hit the number and your done. Calls to that line will forward, the other (Primary)line will ring at the desk.
With my call manager 4, if I do that process, when i hit the second line button, I get the speaker with a dialtone, but when i hit the CFwdALL button, it gives me the error: Primary Line Only. Did I miss a check mark somewhere in the background for this? Any help is much appreciated! Thanks!
