Supervisor desktop cannot record agent's calls

My Supervisors desktop is unable to record anymore (last recording was two days ago). The icons to start and stop recording are gone but the start recording is on the intervention tab but it does nothing. Can anyone tell me what's going on? Note: the voip server is selected as the default server.

i have had the same problem. the solution was that someone of the agents had tampered with the license folder inside DESKTOP_CFG.

Restore the original DESKTOP_CFG and that should work just fine.

i thanks do you know how i can do this automatically.
