n accordance with the present invention, a computer using a local IP address on a remote LAN attached to an external network such as the internet through a NAT gateway will use the ISAKMP protocol to exchange keys and establish SAs that will support a secure session under IPSec.

My IPS is blocking such traffic which I don't want to b. I just want which signature is blocking this traffic so i can disable.I'm using IPS V 5 model 4235.

Just go to the signature properties and enable exceptions. In the exception box provide this traffic
