We have call manager 4.0 and we have an ext 8100. This ext can be called by our staff and it will send a XML file to the phone which will give them a menu on the phone. However this is stopped working a week ago. We are now getting the following error CiscoIPPhoneError Number="1".
I do not know where to look nor what log files. Here is how this is setup
We have ext 8100 thats set up as a CTIport. We have a unix server that is associated to a username in call manager. On that username we have checked
Enable CTI Application Use
Enable CTI Super Provider
We have ext 8100 assigned to this username.
When someone calls from a phone we get 1 ring and then a busy signal. The server see's the call coming in and attempts to send teh XML file and it gets the above error.
