No inbound calls while in SRST

When in SRST I get no inbound calls. I here 1 ring and then a fast busy. I'm including a sh run. Any help will be appreciated.

I don't see "ccm-manager fallback-mgcp" command in your config.

Also, try adding:

"application

global

service alternate Default"

If it still does not work, can you post

"sh ccm-manager"
