Hi,

I have three cisco routers 1721 configuring a triangle conexion.

The conexion is made from one edge to the other A-C, A-B and B-C

We need to configure conexion from A to C, but when this conexion is lost the traffic to C have to redirect to B and the to C.

How can I configure muy routers to do this?Configurin the routing?

best regards

Hi Edgar

You can configure your routes accordingly as per the requirement to achieve this.

The main primary path via the direct point to point link and the secondary path(with some admin distance attached to the route) via Node B.

By doing so you can achieve the redundancy part.

You can achieve the same for other connections too using vice-versa config..

Hi,

This is my new situation:

Headquarters and one delegation.

At headquarters two 1721

At delegation two 837

One 1721 to one 837 are stablishing a vpn.

Sometimes, a couple of time per year, this line is going down.

Then, how is possible to redirect this traffic to the down vpn the the new?

First, I need to stablish a vpn from the second 1721 to the second 837... and then?what?

best regards
