what do cat4006 some processes means ?

the customer's 4006 sometimes CPU process is 100% ,using show process cpu find that the Cat4K Mgmt HiPri ,Cat4K Mgmt LoPri ,IP Input are very high.through the FLUKE protocol analyzer find some hosts send much broadcast packets. i want to know the above processes means
