the global command will impact all rules where you have configured 'no persistent'.

The other rules will be unaffected.

try to increase the idle timeout.

An idled session is not remapped by the CSS.

flow-timeout-multiplier 20

Also, configure to parse all http requests by breaking persistency.

persistence reset remap

owner XXXXX

content XXXXX

no persistent

If that does not work, capture a trace. Some browsers/applications do not allow cookies and therefore prevent the use of cookie styckiness.

Hi, Gilles

Great thanks for the reply, I have add flow-timeout-multilier 20 to the content rule. And will check with user tomorrow.

But, I am worry about the second part.

the persistence reset remap is a global comand, will it affect all other applications or not?

please advice?

the global command will impact all rules where you have configured 'no persistent'.

The other rules will be unaffected.
