IPCC Express (CRA) 4.0.X licensing question

when installing IPCC Express (4.0.x) from the kit delivered with the Callmanager you get the following license:

Package: IPCC Express Standard

IVR Port(s): 150

IPCC Express Standard Seat(s): 5

IPCC Express Maximum Agents: 300

Package: IPCC Express Standard

IVR Port(s): 150

IPCC Express Standard Seat(s): 5

IPCC Express Maximum Agents: 300

Then I install a upgrade license to Premium and got the following:

Package: IPCC Express Premium

IVR Port(s): 12

IPCC Express Standard Seat(s): 6

IPCC Express Maximum Agents: 300

Why do I loose the 150 IVR ports? For me it looks like I get less functionality after upgrading to Premium?

I could not find much infomration about the licensing on IPCC Express.

Hi,

The IPCC Express Licensing are different for IVR ports for IPCC Express Standard/Enhanced and Premium.

In Standard/Enhanced you order agents and you can set up as many ports you want for queuing calls.

In Premium, when you order an agent, Cisco gives you two IVR Ports. If you need more ports you need to order one more agent for eaach two ports you need.

This is the reason because you have only twelve ports after upgrading to six Premium agents.

Hope this helps,

Juan Luis
