Solved: cisco to alcatel caller id problem

We have a legacy alcatel switchboard and CM5.0 . We connected these two systems using PRI on a 3825 router. When alcatel users call a cisco user, cisco users can see who is calling. However, when cisco users call alcatel users, alcatel users cannot see who is calling. So, cisco cannot send caller id over that pRI. Who can i solve this issue?

Hi,

sure cisco is sending caller id. Do "term mon" and "debug isdn q931" to see what is sending. Perhaps the alcatel wants a certain tpye/plan and format.
