Can I know the tool by which I can measure the signal strength and the S/N ration and the IP address and the rest of the detail?
can anyone help me on these.

NetStumbler (www.netstumbler.com) should be able to give you signal strength and SNR.
To get IP addresses and specific traffic info, you can use Wireshark (was Ethereal, www.wireshark.org ) and the wireless flavor of WinPCap.
