Services Host not found

I have CCM 3.3.3 and IP phone 7960. I have installed SDK v3.3 and try to use its examples: clock.asp,logo.asp... I have added them to IP phones services and subscribed IP phones to these services.

But when I press "Services" button, it gave me Host not found.

In the Network Configuration of IP phone 7960, I found Service URL is:

http://callmanager/ccmcip/getservicesmenu.asp

when I browsed this link by another computer, I got : "To set up speed dials and other services for your phone, please go to ( undefined )".

Is it the problem of CCM or IP telephone can not reach web server ?

I appreciate any help.

Check the service url in the phone's config (you can do this on the phone directly).. does it point to a valid url that can be reached from the network the phone is in?

The Service URL is:

I unbloked the network congiguration but could not find any softkey to change the Services URL directly from the IP telephone.

You need to override that URL and put the IP adddress of your CallManager.

I named my CCM: callmanager that why I got this link:

http://callmanager/ccmcip/getservicesmenu.asp

The IP phone also got DNS timeout message in the Status message so I think the problem is my DNS server which is hosted on my CCM also, it did not work.

I went to Network Configuration of IP phone 7960, I navigated to Service URL, but there was no option (softkey) for me to change the current link to:

http://CCM_IP_ADD/ccmip/getservicesmenu.asp

Do I need to change any thing on CCM or configuration of the IP phone?
