I have IP phones connected to a Cat6509 switch. There are no data connections on these "ip phone" switch ports. How do I set up a switch port so if someone disconnected an IP Phone and connected their laptop to this port, they won't have access to the network?

Hi Friend,
You can configure port security specifying the IP Phone mac address in port security command and can specify the violation consition as restrict or shutdown.
So after that once IP Phone is disconnected and some other machine is connected with some mac address which will obviosuly be not the one which you configured with port security port will go to shutdown or restrict mode as per your configured violation condition.
