IPCC Express + Automating Cisco Agent Desktop Installation

Has anyone figured out how to automate the

Cisco Agent Desktop or Supervisor Desktop

installation using software distribution

mechanisms like MS AD GPOs?

I realise that using appuser/appadmin plug-in

method is straightforward, but a client wants

to push this out in a controlled manner.

It makes sense that the CAD software can be

silently installed using an answer file and

software distribution mechanisms, so I have

to ask.

Once you have the system installed you can grab the executable boostrap programs and push them out to the desktop. From that point on you will need to automate the setup with either macros or an answer file.
