Unity subscriber message change to pre recorded message

Is it possible to change the subscriber greeting to a prerecorded message while keeping the system source message "sorry ext 1234 is not available"? My customer would like the look and feel to be similar to the Nortel Meridian subscriber message "sorry ext 1234 is busy, continue to hold for an operator or press 2 to leave message"

Unity 4.1(1) and later offers a "post greeting recording" option that may work for what you need here - the releases notes for 4.1 has links to the admin guide section on it:
