Hi
Is it possible to transfer the calls coming on the ctios client desktop to the ip-phones directly in case of a desktop power failure or ctios servers power failure.Recently we had a power outage and all the desktops got switched off.Since we are a 24/7 call center the calls are critical. So at this time is it possible to move on to the ip phones even when desktop is not running. We are running on ipcc ver 6 enterprise and the calls hit the ctios agent desktop and calls are taken from the hard phones.
Thanks

You can you Cisco IP Phone Agent, but it does not work with CTI OS, rather Cisco Agent Desktop (CAD) only.
