Agents dropping off

Unanswered Question

I have 4 agents in a callcenter - 4.0(4)SR01_Build029. When I am logged into the supervisor part I can see agents dropping off the agent software, meaning they just simply disappear but are still on the call.

This doesn?t impact the calls and agents are unaware that they have dropped off. Once the call is completed the agent will show back up.

Any ideas?
