creates an empty CSV File. IE(no Ethernet MAC addresses, no certification type, and no public key hash values) any suggestions? Thanks KP

Hi Kirk,

I remeber we ran into this right off and it was because we hadn't enabled Telnet on the WLC.

Hi Rob, I fixed the problem. I upgraded the software on the WLC2006 to the latest version then I was able to see the Hash Key in debug. Thanks for your input. Kirk
