I'm working on trying to define what an appropriate "warning" threshold should be for the CM process (4.1.3) using NetIQ. The default is like 35MB which is obviously too low, but even setting it much higher, it keeps getting triggered. Has anyone come up with a threshold for the CallManager process memory utilization that they've found to be effective?
On a related note, say the threshold is X megabytes and I hit it...is there any way to reduce the memory in use when the server's running besides stopping/starting the service or a reboot?
