Unified Communications Assistant - locale error

I have a CCM 4.3(1) on 7835-G5's. It is integrated with AD and all the services are turned on. I have configured the IPMA to run in Shared Mode and I installed the assistant software on the persons desktop but cannot login as I get the following error in the trace logs from the client. I have run the CCMPasswordChanger after the integration to make sure that the IPMA SysUser and other account passwords were changed er the documentation.

Is there are fix for this or does a file need to be updated that I am not aware of?

I am having the same issue with CCM 4.2.1.


It was working before and all of sudden it stoped working.


Any idea?
