Hello, I have an issue with call forwarding. Here is whats going on. Our operator forwards a call to a user and then that user needs to forward a call to someone setup in there speed dial. But they can not forward to anyone on there speed dial.
We are running Call Manager 5.1.1(b) Any help on this would be greatly appreciated.

Are you talking about forwarding or "transfer" if you do not allow offnet to offnet transfers then that will be the issue depending on how you have your service parameters configured.

i am talking about transfers. And we do not block offnet to offnet transfers.
