Hi.
I have any ip telephony that use SCCP oR h.323, just updating firmware the phones will call SIP?

You'll need to change the firmware on the phones from SCCP to the SIP version. Here is the link for the 7940 and 7960

Change. The firmware is either SCCP or SIP, but not both.
