Use low bit rate codecs because they will be compressing more the RTP traffic therefore the amount of bandwidth required for a call will be smaller from 90 Kbps to 112 Kbps per call on G711ulaw to 48 Kbps to 53 Kbps per call on G729 (low bit rate).
