What is going to happen to individuals like myself that have completed 75% of the old CCNP track and then Cisco changes the course material. I only need the last test to complete for my CCNP what am I going to have to do now. take both ISCW and ONT or will I be able to take just ONT to finish up.

ISWC replaced BCRAN, ONT replaced CIT. So if you have valid BSCI, BCMSN and BCRAN (succesful exams within the last three years), you need ONT to complete your CCNP track.

Well that's great but there is almost no material out for the ONT exam at this moment. I have been in a holding pattern since Jan '07. I want to finish this track before I start another.
