We are using Panasonic analog cordless phone. This analog phone is attached to VIC-4FXS card. The voice gateway is running H.323.
Based on the Panasonic instructions, We can press the recall button on the phone to switch to 2nd call.
How can I get the voice-gateway to recognize the signal when I press the recall key. I heard something about Hookflash. But has no idea about how to config it on the voice gateway.

Hi,
Cisco IOS does not supports hookflash supplementary services "natively".
You have to use a TCL IVR script, that the router runs to provide things like call transfer, and I'm not sure what else like call waiting, second call.
This script is called H.450 and can be downloaded from CCO, in the 'individual files for CCME' area. Latest version is 2.0.0.9
Now there is to say, this is a bit more advanced feature so unless you a prepared to deal with that, it may take a lot of time to make it work.
I suggest that for users that really need advanced services, you provide ephones.
Hope this helps, please rate post if it does!
