Serial debug

Dear All,

I have cisco 2610 router, its serial is down, when I debug its serial interafce it shows me. following message:

Mar 29 13:07:39.238: Serial0/0: attempting to restart

*Mar 29 13:07:39.238: PowerQUICC(0/0): DCD is up.

*Mar 29 13:07:40.104: PowerQUICC(0/0): DCD is up.

*Mar 29 13:08:09.240: Serial0/0: attempting to restart

*Mar 29 13:08:09.240: PowerQUICC(0/0): DCD is up.

So please any one guide me what could be a problem
