Untill now MVR configuration for a receiver type of port is allowed for Access ports.
Now the new feature MVRoT would be used if you have to provide a trunk interface to a customer. If the customer requests a Trunk, or your service design, has segregated different services into different vlans then the UNI would be a trunk, and if it has to access Mcast services it has to be a receiver port. This is what is supported using this feature.
