When we try to update the 7970 Ip Phone we get the attached error.
error message:Attempting to insert an
item that already exists.
Details:Getting Error No. -2147219945 (0x80040617):
we are using ccm 4.1(3) sr4d.
Please let me know how to solve this. Do we need to raise a TAC case for getting a fix for this. its matching the bug it CSCeg02103 but ccm version here is differnt.
Go to Route Plan --> Route Plan Report and make a blind search for the Unassigned DN's and delete all the results, then try to update the 7970 again.
I have seen this error and normally I made the changes directly on SQL. What are you trying to update?
