cisco 831 doing pppoe auth

Unanswered Question
Apr 20th, 2007

Got a cisco 831 and I need to know if this router is capable of doing the pppoe auth without having the ATM interface.

Currently my dsl modem is in bridge mode with a wrt54g doing the pppoe login/auth.

I have this problem too.

Sure, I do it with a 851. You need to use a dialer interface though.

HTH and please rate.

Mines a little different and that of course depends on your ISP, but it looks pretty good to me.
