Equipment involved:-

Cisco CallManager 4.1.3

H323 Voice Gateway Cisco 2651XM

ISDN30 E1 Circuit.

Yesterday we experienced a spate of about 5 dropped calls to and from external numbers. I have attached the output of a Q931 Debug which shows one of the calls disconnecting due to an RAI Remote Alarm Indication. I have also attached the output from sh controllers and sh Serial interface.

I have posted something similar to this before with the output of the Q931 Translator from CCM but was told it wasn't very useful and to attached a q931 debug instead.

I raised the fault with BT giving them a list of times and numbers involved but they closed the fault off as none found.

Can anybody enlighten me as to where the fault lies here?

Thanks in advance.

RAI is the method the remote tells you, my circuit is down. Possibly something transitory happened on the circuit. If no dropped calls today and after, you are ok.
