Monitoring Hits on PIX

Is there any command or tool through which i can check which IP is hitting my pix from out side and from inside i want to check the sessions which are been established using my PIX 515e

this should be available under the logging options, if you set the log level high enough. be careful, this will generate lots of output.

You'll need something to parse the syslog files otherwise you'll be sifting through a bunch of stuff. I wrote a simple bash script, I can post it if you're interested in it.

Enable logging on your PIX, go to http://www.kiwisyslog.com and download Kiwi syslog server for free.

Kiwi Syslog Daemon is a freeware Syslog Daemon for Windows. It receives, filters, logs, displays and forwards Syslog messages and SNMP traps from hosts such as routers, switches, Unix hosts and any other syslog enabled device.
