hi all. i'm having a similar issue with a customer. cucm 7.1.5.

phone is 7960 with extension 11111 (indiallable)

customer is using is logging into this phone to log in with EM profile (7940 profile) where the EM profile has extension 11111 as primary and 22222 (not indiallable) as secondary, where 22222 is part of a hunt group, thus allowing customer to use EM to essentially log in and out of the hunt group (this customer does not like to use HLOG)

when user presses 'new call' soft key they get the 'error pass limit' displayed on their phone.

extension 11111 has max calls / busy trigger as 4/2 on both the phone and the EM profile.

extension 22222 has max calls / busy trigger as 4/2 on EM profile.

cucm currently has 0 unassigned DN's (i cleaned them out because i read this may have an impact)

it doesn't seem that i'm making any progress on this.

could someone please shed any light on this? am i missing something?
