Could someone help me with this:
APs were able to get registered by WLSM but client can't get IP Adrresses from DHCP server through Tunnel interface on Sup 720. IP helper configured on Tunnel Interface.

I've got the same problem. I established 2 tunnels, one of them works fine, the second - I experinced the same problem with dhcp - clients can't get ip address through dhcp server located on switch or even helper address. Did you find any solution?

I was able to solve it in the end. I had an ACL on Core Switch blocking traffic from AP to/fro WLAN/WLSM Switch. The initial traffic goes through the AP's and access switch (authentication and broadcast) to WLAN/WLSM switch through Core, thereby blocking layer 3 traffic and not layer 2 (authentication).
You might need to check your radio on your client (a = 5. Ghz or b/g = 2.4Ghz) to see that it corresponds to what is configured on the AP.

What often causes this issue is that the sup720 is missing the config "no ip dhcp snooping information option" in the global config.
