switch LED to much blinking

I would like to ask what is the cause when the LED of the swicthes blinking to fast.....

Hi,

what switch is that? is it 2950/2960 & started blinking on all the ports very fast? if it is happend very recently then it is a broadcast issue, is it happening only on all the switches on the network or only on a particular switch. is it a flat network or u hav vlanz? how many PC's are there on the network? lemme know about these informationz.
