getting FXOLS_GUARD_OUT straight tone.

getting a straight tone when call this customer after hours.this problem occurs only when customer is closed. customer has auto attendant and works flawlessly during normal business hours. there are 2 pots lines in hunt.2nd line in hunt works fine for auto attendant during open & closed hours. 1st line works fine during normal business hours.these are loop start lines.

This used to work before? Or never have worked?

Which HW and cards you are using?

Could you please post the sh tech.

This AA is a TCL Script, CUE or other AA software (CCM AA, Unity, UC, IVR, etc)

We will need debugs from the router along w/

the calling/called numbers.

debug vpm signal

debug vtsp all

debug voice ccapi inout

If you redirect the call to a different number other than AA, during closed hours? same issue?

Are they PLARED to the AA?

Whats the difference between Open hours and closed hours in the AA? Any redirection unscuccesful?
