2.can SUP32 have 400mpps IPv4 performance without upgradin to SUP 720?

1) No. The Sup32 supports a shared 32Gbps connection to the switch fabric. If you need 720Gbps then you will need to go with the Sup720.

2) No, the Sup32 supports 15Mpps.

3) Do you mean Distributed Forwaring cards ?

These cards can make forwarding decisions locally on the module rather than having the Supervisor make the forwarding decision.
