SSM 20 Module on ASA 5520

i m having a asa5520 with ssm 20 module. everthing seems to working well when the ios ver was 7.0 and asdm ver was 5. But when i uploaded the ios 7.2 and asdm 5.22 i can no more access the IDM from asdm or from browser. it says rdep thread timeout. what could be the reason. i also brought back the old ios and asdm 5 , but still i cannot use IDM or web broswer to connect to the IPS.

Pl help me to make the IDM work

Make sure that IPS (SSM) configuration before changing from 7.0 and after bring back to 7.0 are same. Hope some changes in the IPS config could be reason for this problem.

the problems just solved by restarting the firewall
