does the LDP-TE is the rival of RSVP-TE? is true LDP-TE is easier? unfortunately i am new to rsvp (not RSVP TE). would you please show me where to learn cisco RSVP, RSVP TE and LDP-TE. please help me. i want to implement this using cisco 2811 at my company if it work great. tx ;)

I suppose you mean LDP and not LDP-TE, as LDP-TE doesn't exist.
It is generally easier to deploy MPLS in a network using LDP rather than RSVP-TE as it necessitates a lot less configuration.

tx for reply. i usually activate ldp on the interfaces on pe and p router. by using rsvp-TE rather than ldp do i still need to active ldp? what rsvp-te do actually? tx ;)

You do not need LDP at all if the RSVP-TE tunnel goes from the ingress to egress PE.
RSVP-TE signals the LSP, which in this case is end to end. This LSP is used to deliver the MPLS VPN traffic from ingress to egress PE, at which point the VPN label is used to forward the traffic to the proper egress interface.
