What do you mean by anti-hacking, do you mean how to secure the router (access-control), or control the traffic passing through the router ?

i mean securing the router to prevent hacking not to make (access-lists)....and i want to apply it on cisco 2800 series routers

Hi Ahmed,
If you wish to control traffic passing through the router, you can simply use access-list:
Cisco provides basic traffic filtering capabilities with access control lists (also referred to as access lists). Access lists can be configured for all routed network protocols (IP, AppleTalk, and so on) to filter the packets of those protocols as the packets pass through a router.
You can configure access lists at your router to control access to a network: access lists can prevent certain traffic from entering or exiting a network.

i know how to config. access-lists but i need away to secure the router itself not the traffic passing through it
