broadcast between 2 subnets on 3750

I try to configure broadcast between 2 subnet as

ip forward-protocol udp

interface vlan 101

ip helper-address 10.44.23.7

interface vlan 102

ip helper-address 192.168.1.19

But broadcast traffic not broadcast to another subnet. Do i need more command added or i put wrong config? Thank you very much.
