CCM 4.2.1 Time of day routing

Hi guys (again :-)

We are trying to configure ToD routing. We seem to be unable to complete the configuration of this functionality.

We are running CCM 4.2.1. We checked Cisco documentation to follow recommended configuration. The documentation on this feature is limited. We now have come to a halt after a few tries.

We configured ToD schedule, partitions, hunt pilot and hunt group ? also tried with DN. We are not able to assign the ToD to a DN or Hunt Pilot and route accordingly depending the ToD.

Any help will be much appreciated.

Hi;

I guess you are missing relating time schedules with partitions.

As you know, any pattern including DN, hunt pilot etc. must be in a partition -even in partition none-; if you relate a partition with a time schedule then during this period that partition become active and so the patttern lying in that partition are subject to digit analysis process according to the digits user has dialed.
