Hi, in the 4.1 release notes the direct upgrade from 3.3.3 to 4.1 is allowed but I have 3.3.2: have you tested it ?
I don't have 3.3.3 and I'd like to avoid 4.0 upgrade.
thank you

The data structures on the back end are very different so it has to be migrated either by incremental update (3.3.2 to 3.3.3 then 4.1) or manual export and import of flat files.

Thank you, where could I find the 3.3.2 to 3.3.3 upgrade ?

In 4.1 ACS release-notes I can read the following:
If you are upgrading to ACS 3.3.3 and do not have access to that software, review the README text for
details on the upgrade procedure.
What does it mean ?

the easiest way is to do a fresh install of 4.1 on the server, open a tac case and have them convert your old database into a 4.1. All sorts of headaches with trying to upgrade
