Hi,

I'm using call manager 4.2 and I've recently added a vic2-4fxo interface card to my 2811 router. All 4 lines on the fxo card are in production and are functioning properly. But...

Of the 4 phone lines each line has its own individual phone number. for example: 456-2800, 456-2823, 456-2723, 456-2832.

I'm trying to figure out how to make all 4 phone lines display the caller ID of the primary line 456-2800. I want all 4 lines to display 456-2800 on outbound calls. I'm unsure how to go about doing this... Any help is much appreciated thanks.

Regards,

Tom

Hi Tom,

Caller ID blocking on outbound calls does not apply to PSTN calls through foreign exchange office (FXO) ports. Caller ID features on FXO-connected subscriber lines are under the control of the PSTN service provider, who may require you to subscribe to their caller ID blocking service.
