All,
Vmail has been dying on me lately due to this error
Cisco Unity's multi-media component has enountered a serious error.
I have found a temp solution, which is reinstalling TSP (skinnysetup.exe) and rebooting, but it will only stay up for a few days, or sometimes even hours. I have done this several times now and it keeps failing, I have no idea why. There is no indication that it is about to happen, it just does. I get an email notification (below)
Event Type: Error

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Unity 4.1.1
I also get a flood of errors in event viewer:
531, 801, 535, and 822s
Upon reboots I get a TTS manager module microsoft dialog box popup.
When this happens, I try and dial to vmail, it does a short dial (1/10th of a ring) and hangs up. Sometime it goes directly to busy signal.

Looks like you might be running into port lockups. Your error was on port one. You should disable outgoing calls on the beginning ports and incoming on the end ports. Depending on how many ports you have and how many calls at a given time. I would start with 2-4 dedicated outgoing ports at the end. MWI, TRaP, Message Notification.
