hi how to get cco id? i get link to cco but it prompt for userd id and password.. tx

You should be able to access CCO with the same userid and password you use for NetPro.

Hi

As a matter of fact CCO has various levels of logins. A new account you create is always a guest account, which enables you to browse some of the content on CCO.

But to get into special zones, like downloading software or access TAC tools, u need to have that privilage. That is granted on basis of ur relation with cisco, like u have a valid serivce contract, you are working for a cisco partner or you are a CCIE.
