LMS 2.6:How to enable Voice traffic trace on Path analysis

Hi,

We are running LMS 2.6. In Path analysis (Campus Manager),Only Data trace is enabled, but not Voice Trace. Please let me know what are the parameters to be configured on LMS (2.6) and CCM (4.1(3)) to enable Voice trace on LMS.

Consult the online help within Path Analysis to find the steps to enable Call Data Records on the CCM. This is a necessity for doing voice tracing. Beyond that, I have not seen a case where the Voice Trace option is grayed out in the GUI. You might want to check the Java Plug-in console for potential errors.

Problem: We have Cisco Works2k .In RME ,once i click on Availability-->Rechability dashboard , it is not showing todays date unless shwoing 10 Apr. Even i have properly set the change polling option in Administration-->Availability.

Request yo to pls help to show me the todays date in CW .....Waiting for ur reply.
