Apart from setting this in callmanager is there any way a user can do it from the phone?

An alternative solution that may work is,

If say 9728882000 is the number on which calls come into the hunt pilot with DN 2000 and you want to call forward the number to say 92142220323 so that call forwards to an external number.

Instead of making the hunt pilot 2000, make the hunt pilot as a dummy number 2001. Create a CTI route point with DN 2000 call forwarded to 2001. Associate the CTI route point with the user who wants to forward calls coming into 9728882000. The user than then go to CCM user web page and change the call forward settings on the CTI route point to

a. 92142220323 when he wants to forward the call to this destination.

b. 2001 when he wants to route the call back to hunt pilot.

There is not way to do this.......that I know of.....automatically. We have done some creative stuff in IPCC to allow it.

But this is an old school TDM feature like Avaya where you could do a feature code on the phone. Call Manager has no mechanism to forward a hunt pilot on the fly.
