Abnormal temperature detected

A remote side (3550-IOS)has a alert "%PLATFORM_ENV-1-TEMP: Abnormal temperature detected". is any command can show the hardware status related this? or I have to go on-site to check? Thanks

Looks like it's pretty limited. In ISR routers it will report the actual temp, but the 3550 switches just show OK.

TELECOM#sh env ?

all Show all environment status

fan Show fan status

power Show power supply status

rps Show RPS status

temperature Show temperature status

TELECOM#sh env temp

TEMPERATURE is OK

TELECOM#sh env all

FAN is OK

TEMPERATURE is OK

POWER is OK

RPS is NOT PRESENT
