Cisco LMS Issue - DFM Notification Event Sets Missing

I am using Cisco LMS 2.6 with DFM 2.0.6, the problem is that when I go into DFM, Notification Services, Event Sets - its blank (see attached).

When this was first set up there were check boxes in there.

All help gratefully received.

What errors do you see in your nos.log under NMSROOT/log/dfmLogs/NOS?

Main entry is of the following form

25-Apr-2007|08:40:23.171|ERROR|NOS|main|NOSServer|processDMMessages|.|NOSServer: unhandled Msg from dmgtd:1111708500

These messages go back a while (perhaps about a month). We hadn't really noticed this issue as we are still in the stages of getting the installation finalised.
