I have a PIX 515 6.3 and I'm looking through some of the ACL's and Rules.
I was wondering if someone could translate this static entry and tell me exactly what it means?
Thanks
static (inside, outside) tcp interface https email https netmask 255.255.255.255 0 0

Static port translation which translates https requests to outside interface of pix to a machine called email on the inside interface. Allows you to access inside servers from outside.
If your outside interface was 1.1.1.1 and your email server was 192.168.1.100, from the outside you would go to https://1.1.1.1, which would be translated to 192.168.1.100.
